Our rates are affordable and labour is guaranteed for one year.
Rates
Our general labour rate is $75 for the first hour and $40 per hour thereafter.After 6pm the rate is $100 for the first hour and $50 per hour thereafter. When working as a team of two (typically for safety concerns and efficiency) the first hour is $90 and $60 per hour thereafter. For larger jobs a quote can be provided.
Materials
The cost of materials is extra.
Discounts
Discounts are included in Home Maintenance Service Plans and a 10% discount for seniors (who are not Home Maintenance Service Plan members).
Cancellations
Cancellations with less then 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 charge. If re-scheduled, a $25 rebate will be applied to your invoice upon completion of the work.
Estimates
For most handyman requests an estimate can be provided without a home visit. The estimate is free, but in order to provide the estimate we will need photos, dimensions, and a description of the work to be done, including any obstacles that may affect the job. We will provide an estimate for your review. Please remember that the estimate is based on information provided. If there are important pieces of information not provided that affect the job, a price adjustment may be warranted. This will be discussed before the work begins.
For larger more detailed projects a site visit may be required. In this case a $25 fee will be required. This will be rebated toward any work awarded to Keystone Property Services from this quote.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the job. Work requiring larger material purchases will require a prepayment for the materials before the project starts. Payments may be made by e-transfer, cash, credit or debit.
