All Home Maintenance Service Plans include:

Spring Service

  • Visual inspection of home components
  • Monitor / track ongoing concerns
  • Change HVAC filter(s)
  • Inspect fire extinguishers
  • Clean exterior dryer vent
  • Check the roof for signs of loose or broken shingles
  • Inspect accessible interior pipes, faucets and fixtures for drips or damage
  • Inspect driveway/walkway asphalt and concrete for cracks and/or damage
  • Test garage door function including safety sensors
  • Lubricate garage door
  • Inspect hot water heater / boilers for leaks
  • Inspect soffits
  • Monitor for pest intrusion
  • Check/test sinks, faucets, drains, and drain traps
  • Check kitchen and bathroom ventilation
  • Check foundation for cracks/water leaks/movement
  • Check for electrical concerns
  • Check for signs of mold
  • Check/test smoke detectors and CO detectors and change batteries
  • Check and test all ground-fault circuit interrupters

Notes

List is based on typical home and may be adjusted to meet the specific requirements of your home.
One HVAC filter per visit supplied free of charge up to a maximum 2 inches thick and maximum MERV8 rating.  Customer is responsible for difference in price for the larger or higher rated filter.
Gutter cleaning up to 12 feet high and 100 feet long. Extra charge for over 100 feet.
Property clean-up service is focused on clean up only. Keystone Property Services does not provide landscape property services.
